Damaged or Broken Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order with:

• Photos of the damaged or broken item
• A description of the issue

Return Timeframe

All returns and issues must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
